We are a national care sourcing and recruitment organisation with a vision to change the culture of care.
After working with multiple home care branches for the last decade, the founders of Ready Steady Care found recruitment in the care industry to be challenging.
Home Care companies can spend small fortunes trying to reach out to people to join their rewarding, friendly team as a caregiver. But what we have found is that it often results in a lot of dead ends, useless responses, or no responses at all.
This is where the idea for Ready Steady Care was born.
We wanted to create a 'Hub of Care'
- A website where applicants can sign up to view the latest care job listings in their area.
- Find information and helpful advice on caring and coping with care at home.
- For Home Care Agencies to upload job listings that will reach the right target audience.
- Guidance for interested parties on how to become a care provider; skills for care, courses to go on, and if you even need qualifications.
- To inform applicants about how great, and fulfilling a career in care can be at any age.
But ultimately, we want to create a network of people who are passionate about caring. Who have a desire to help others and who want a career where they love what they do.
